John J. Moritz

John is a co-President of Countryside Asset Management Corporation and has been with the firm since 1973. He is a licensed real estate broker, an active member of the Community Association Institute and Founding Member of the National Association of Realtors' Property Service Section, and a member of the Boulder Board of Realtors. He has been continuously involved in the real estate ownership and management business since 1973. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1969.

Donald L. Getty

Don is the company's Chief Financial Officer and Co-President. He has seventeen years of experience as a CPA in Public Accounting. Prior to joining Countryside Asset Management Corporation in 1990, he was a partner in a national CPA firm and has worked with the Countryside organization as a client since 1973. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Wyoming in 1973.

Gary D. Pahler, CPM®

Gary is Vice President of Countryside Asset Management and has been a property asset manager with Countryside Asset Management Corporation since 1979. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Fine Arts degree. Gary is a Certified Property Manager, a member of the Boulder Board of Realtors, a member of the Community Association Institute, and a licensed Colorado real estate broker.

Sandy Swenson

Sandy is a Senior Asset Manager at Countryside Asset Management. Sandy had previously been with the Countryside Asset Management team as a Resident Manager of a large apartment community. She brings over 20 years experience to the position with experience in multi- family, homeowner associations, commercial properties, construction development, and all aspects of condominium conversions. Sandy has taken many property management courses and is a licensed Colorado real estate broker.

Holly McElhaney

Holly joined the Countryside team in October of 2007 as the Community Manager. Holly focuses on Homeowners Association Management and has 12 years experience working with townhomes, condominiums and single family home communities. Her knowledge of association law, facility maintenance and community building, balanced by her excellent customer service, makes her a valued asset for the management team and our clients.

Wayne Johnson

Wayne is a Boulder native and the Controller at Countryside Asset Management. He joined the Countryside team in 2007. Prior to his arrival, Wayne was the Controller with a local company and has over 10 years accounting management experience in both private and public enterprises. He received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Colorado State University in 1991 and passed the CPA exam in 1994.
