Violation Appeal Process 


You may appeal a violation or fine letter. 

Your appeal will be submitted to the Board of Directors at the next scheduled 
Board meeting, and the final decision will be mailed to you afterwards. If you wish 
to appeal a violation or fine notice that was sent to you, please respond to the 
Sunwest HOA Board of Directors, and send it by one of the options listed below:

Your name 
Address 
Sunwest HOA 
Date of violation to which you are appealing 
Type of violation and fine amount you are appealing 

APPEAL PROCESS TAKES APPROXIMATELY 45 DAYS 
FROM RECEIPT OF YOUR REQUEST.
